Mike has consistently found that most men want to remember their place again in connection to nature, themselves, and other men. This is not a survival weekend, it’s a welcoming home back to nature and using some adventure to invoke the parts of us that wish to be known. You don’t have to any experience, beginners are welcome and we hosted two men last year who had never camped before. The river in this section is wide and easy to navigate, truly a fantastic way to lean back into nature with a little comfort. Mike will lead the men on a paddle to an isolated and rustic campsite over-looking the river. There, they will embrace the slow down and they work on moving energy and honing in on what’s important to them before the colder months hit.Â

Limited spots available. due the nature of this trip, we only have space for 10 guys
we've stepped away from our relationship to nature and adventure..and we're paying the price
The pace has not let up:Â
You have been moving at the same speed for months, maybe longer. It does not feel urgent. It just feels like how things are and has become your norm of feeling a bit disconnected, on auto-pilot, or dissociated from life a bit. That is what makes it hard to name.
You are doing okay. But okay is not the same as whole:
The things that used to ground you feel further away. You function well. You show up. But there is a gap between the man you are on the surface and what is actually happening underneath. Old patterns re-emerge in relationships and life, and something bigger has to be done about them.Â
you're stuck the daily cubicle and routine:
You cannot schedule your way into it. A single therapy session gets close, but not all the way there. What this work requires is time, space, and other men who are doing it alongside you. You feel the call to be outside, to slow down, and to be among others around the fire.Â
The seasons are shifting, and you can feel it:
Early Fall is a natural inflection point. Something in you knows it. This is the moment to step off the loop, not because things are falling apart, but because you are ready to look at what is holding. Things need to be felt, grieved, and worked through in order to get ready for the colder months to come.
This is what the weekend looks like:
Using aspects of nature therapy, parts work, and ritual, we will work to call in deeper aspects of ourselves that we have ignored during the summer.Â
This weekend helps us to slow down and settle into what needs to be grieved, processed, and let go of before the cold season comes.Â
The river, the beauty around each bend, and quiet allows each man to find that sense of awe and adventure in himself as he looks to answer these questions.Â
To put it all together, we will also have a special guest, Tom Z, who will be taking the men through an evening fireside breath-work session to really allow the ego to dissolve and for the work on the weekend to take root.Â
This is for the men who want to be closer to nature, to know themselves, and to do this work with a small and intentional group of men.Â
This isn't for you if:
- You want a quick fix or a weekend escape from reality or a vacation
- You are not open to sitting with discomfort or looking honestly at what is stuck.
- You're not wiling to be out in nature for a weekend, this won't be a stay at the Marriott, but you will find the setting will offer so much more.
- You need a high-energy, hype-driven motivational event.
- You are unwilling to be around other men doing serious work.
This is perfect for you if:
- You are ready to slow down and look at what is actually going on.
- You're ready to strengthen your relationship to nature or find that relationship for the first time.
- You're ready for a break from the ultra-processed, surface-level, and tech addicted world.
- You want structure, depth, and real tools, not theory.
- You are willing to be in community and to let others witness your process.
- You want to return home with more clarity and a place to put the work and to remember your wild self.
Â
"I wasn’t sure what to expect going in but I knew I wanted to push through many of my issues and wanted a space to go all in. I am happy to say - you will find what you’re looking for here, and come back to your life with more strength and resolve."
-Adi TÂ
You can keep carrying it. Or you can heed the call of nature for a weekend and see what it looks like from the natural world.Â
The gap between where you are and where you want to be does not close on its own. It closes through contact. With yourself. With other men. With the kind of work that requires more than an hour.
We find that men remember again when they step back into nature. We have sat around camp fires for thousands of years, yet most men will not experience the magic that this can bring. Be part of the community that chooses to be in nature again, you won't be disappointed.Â
Â
This is the work. This is the place. Nature is calling.Â

Do I need to be in therapy to attend?
What is the physical demand of the weekend?
How many men attend?
What should I bring?
Is this religious or spiritual?
What if I need to cancel?
What if I have questions before I register?
nature has a way of providing the insight we seek
Learn to honor and harness the wisdom that the transition into the colder months offers.
The weekend is not complicated. It is three days of saying yes to adventure, the calling, and the listening to what needs to be heard and felt. The land and the river and the other men do the rest.
If something in this page has landed for you, that feeling is worth trusting.
